Ben and Dotty’s Skyship Adventure Part 2

Dotty strolled down to the water, noticing the sea – formed white horses galloping towards her, hurdling the waves. Dotty only had one wish: that this moment could last forever. Dotty glanced back at the sky ship, she was getting worried that the captain would be cross with them for leaving a huge hole in his deck, though Dotty was mostly happy, as the waves were crashing with the rocks, making a soothing sound. This was her place. Ben was still asleep in the ship, but Dotty didn’t care, as she was having peace and quite for once.

Dotty gazed up at the stars, it was sunset, the most peaceful setting you could ask for, well, the most peaceful setting Dotty could ask for. She gazed out across the ocean, noticing that the sea was glinting up at her, the moon was slipping tiredly down the sky. In the distance was a buoy, floating on the surface of the water, no boat was attached to it though; it was lonely, homeless, and friendless. She could smell the algae, forming over the pebbles on the beach. To one side, the swans were paddling their way across the a nearby lake. Dotty lay down, and pulled out her book, I have said this before, but this was Dotty’s place. Dotty then heard a noise, a shouting from the ship, it was Ben! She grabbed her book and sprinted as fast as she could to the sky ship, and when she got there, Ben exclaimed, “There is something other there, in that corner!”
