The trio had no clue what to do but one at a time sprint across the rough soil which was ripping Dave’s feet. They didn’t dare move until Captain James commanded them to! When they had all got past the ‘what they thought was an elephant’ Captain James realised that it was only a baby dragon elephant and it wouldn’t do any harm.

Suddenly, the baby got down low so they could climb onto its back. As they traveled through the endless trees Dave screamed,

“FOOD!” This took the others by surprise. They all jumped off the baby which Emma had named Tom, and walked over to where Dave was pointing. There was an orchard of fruit trees! They feasted for a while. Out of the corner of her eye Emma spotted a large shadow on top of an enormous mountain but then it vanished. She thought she had been seeing things which she had. 

A while later, the group climbed back on top of Tom and he started to make their way home like he knew the way. The three humans fell asleep on top of Tom’s back and dreamt about being back home!
