The house of surprises…
In the room of laughter, Paint giggled at the flying carpet and tables danced with the chairs,
In the room of tiredness, I drank the warm milk as the teddy bear yawned and curled up to sleep,
In the room of misery, Tears tapped down onto the floor boards, Tap. Tap. Tap,
In the room of dream, I imagined until I thought my head would burst,
Finally, in the attic of seasons, The sunshine sparkled and shrivelled leaves crumbled under my feet, the cold breeze flowed through the wind and flowers sprouted beneath the icy floor.
