I want to paint
I want to paint a big, bad burrito shimmering in the dark with steam coming off like the steaming kettle.
I want to paint a cold cactus in the winter snow shivering in the ice cold breeze.
I want to paint a polar bear with snow falling on him and his fur shinier than the mirror.
I want to paint a lion’s raw raging in the golden sand in the desert.
I want to paint a golden retriever as gold as sand and as fluffy as a bunny.
I want to paint a pool in someone’s back garden as blue as the sky and as clear as the ocean.
I want to paint a tall tower as tall big ben like a skyscraper.
I want to paint a soft snowy snowflake like the ice in the fridge and as cold as the Pacific ocean.
I want to paint a grizzly bear as brown as logs in a forest eating berries.
I want to paint a koala swinging from tree to tree as grey as clouds with water in it.
I want to paint the light reflection through a mirror like the light shining through the clear blue sky from the sun.
I want to paint the end of this and the face of yours when you read this poem.
