poem
I would take
The sound of waves hitting Nordic boats with shields and scratching the wood in the hull,
The sound of screaming nuns, bell ringing and vikings killing women and children thud! Goes them all,
The sound of gunfire and charging Indian overwhelming numbers vs overwhelming skill but thousands dropped the Redcoats are victorious.
I would take
The sight of millions of Germans advancing on Moscow when millions lay dead.
The sight soldiers fighting in the frozen wasteland of Russia cold is the Arctic,
The sight of French soldiers experiencing ******* famous blitzkrieg they struck like lightning.
I would take
Napoleon’s writings after his defeat at Waterloo,
Cannons tearing through the redcoats lines musket shots. Bang!
The fortifications in Italy when musket balls and bayonets hit flesh.
