What a quiet? Me at night trying not to walk up anyone a round, Tom’s little kitten in the day light and my small town after midnight.                 

What is heavy? A lion sleeping on a mountain, Me after eating a big mac 

And a bodybuilder after lifting 200 kg.

What are light? A little silver baby  hamster, in a cage, a tiny controller being thrown off the bed and the sun cracking though the window.
