“Hey come in. Welcome to the shop of secrets.” Mr Kinsman said, shaking his legs. “Please look around but don’t open the book titled The Book of Secrets!” he shouted from inside the cupboard.

After Mr Kinsman had gone, James opened the book of secrets. There were beaches, mountains, forests, deserts and villages. James picked up a pen next to the book and started drawing a rainforest. When he had finished, a snake came out from the cupboard and said, “Come with me.” He followed it through the cupboard trying to open all the doors. “Wow this is very long,” he said out of breath. He kept going until he saw a door that was slightly open.

James could smell fresh leaves as they fell to the ground. The sun beamed brightly at James and he couldn’t see very well. He shouted, “ HELLO,” stepping into a puddle and there was no sound apart from birds tweeting.
