Chapter three: Decisions

 

Cedric ran around the emporium trying his hardest to find the shopkeeper, but he was nowhere to be seen. Relentlessly, Cedric decided to go home and hope that the shopkeeper would have returned the next morning. When Cedric returned the next morning the shopkeeper was sitting at his desk, writing in the book of wonders. “Now Daniel. I need to ask you something? Will you be my apprentice?” This took Cedric by surprise! One second his head was inside his book and then he was asking him to be his apprentice. “Cedric, if you say yes then you will be able to travel the world back in time and into the future. But if you say no then you will be left with your filthy muggle, foster parents. What do you say.
