Chapter 3 A mistake Freya SWW

Stepping through, Emily thought she was in a dream she could see: round doors, wonky doors and even colourful doors. Blusteringly, a big swoop of wind caught the scent of crunchy leaves, lime grass and wet moss underneath her nose.

This is what she heard: the sound of sticks snapping, bark peeling and birds chirping. Walking on, she came to a beautiful cottage which had: flowers, vines, and a big oak tree on the side. Also, the flowers were roses, daisys, butter cups and more the birds still chirping. Out of the corner of Emily’s eye, she saw a swing with rope it was hanging from a tree she thought it was for children and next to that a bench with all sorts of food and drinks. But one thing caught her eye the most. The cottage.

Suddenly, she walked in. She crept up the creaky floorboards on the stairs until she heard something. She heard a noise from downstairs, a figure lurked to see where she was. What was it? The noise wasn’t a human. What had she come into? She slowly went downstairs to see what it was. “Hello is anyone there?” she shouted. No reply. Immediately, she walked to the door and she opened it and ran but not far behind her there was a tall man who had a hunched back and old clothes. He shouted, “Come back now!” and tears rushed down her face. She was surrounded.
