How to slay a Minotaur by Honor! 

Have you ever wondered how to slay a Minotaur? Have you ever been asked to slay a Minotaur? Well if you need to know this text has all the information about how you defeat this ugly beast once and for all. Only read on if you are brave enough. 

First, find a boat which is seaworthy and able to cope with storms, 7 maidens and 6 youths and a map to make sure you have a safe journey to Crete. Remember to bring a black and white flag so you can raise the white one if you return triumphantly.

Next, having found Crete, enjoy the baquet because it could be your last one. Also be sure to fill up on lots of food because you will need a load of energy for the adventure you are about to pursue.

Then, when you are at the banquet, find a maiden ( preferably the king’s daughter ) who will fall in love with you and help you defeat the Minotaur. When you find someone, keep it a secret.

Also, if the maiden gives you weapons or anything that will help you like magical thread make sure you accept them without any hesitation. If you do not have any weapons it will be impossible to slay the Minotaur. However, it is vital that you have thread.

After that, when you arrive at the maze, be sure to secure the thread to the door and walk through the maze. Remember to unravel the thread behind you so if you are successful you can find your way back.

Make sure, you walk silently through the maze because the Minotaur will be asleep. However, when you reach his lair let him know you are there because he will go easy on you as he is not used to people fighting back. If you can not find his lair, go deeper into the maze and walk away from the noise.

Eventually, you will find him. When you start fighting, stab him in the leg first then right through the heart so it stops beating. He will be dead before he hits the ground.

Finally, retrace the thread back through the maze, tell all the prisoners what happened and lead them back to the boat. Do not marry the maiden who fell in love with you because it is your enemy’s daughter you only needed her for help. When you get back to the boat, raise the white flag to show that you succeeded. As soon as you arrive home you will be crowned King and hero of your city. The best part is you will never have to make a tribute again.

Minotaurs are ugly fierce creatures so you need to know what you are doing. No one should have to meet their fate because of them. If you were to succeed, you will get the best reward of knowing that you were the one who defeated the Minotaur.. However if you forget to raise the white flag on your journey home consequently you will never forgive yourself.
