The Move – Chapter 1

It has been a hard day, but finally, Mocha, Mitchy and Milo were ready to leave. The three bandicoots were super scared to go, except Milo, the youngest one, who was the exact opposite, he was super excited to go. Mocha and Mitchy knew that they had to go because they know that it’s a way safer place to be.

That afternoon, an email had arrived, to say that Slither the evil king cobra was only 6 miles away, at Vile Volcanoes, and he was going to stay there for a few weeks! This was really bad for the three bandicoots because it was already a big challenge for them alone just to get past the volcanoes and now they must also get past them with an attack from the king cobra. No one has ever gotten past Slither, even without an attack, so can they get past him and finish their journey?

So it was that the three little bandicoots, Mocha, Mithy and mini Milo left the bandi house. Their journey to safety would take a minimum of 2 weeks but they first have to pass through Sweetgum River, Windy Woods and Vile Volcanoes with the cobra until they arrive at The Palace Of Greetings.

Once they get to Sweetgum River, Milo is terrified to pass the long bridge. The two other brothers were kind and squeezed tight onto Milo’s hand and they passed the daunting bridge. Near the end of the bridge, they found a big hammer so they took it and thought that it might be handy for them to use.

When they carried on and got to Windy Woods, in the vicinity of the forest, Milo got hungry and wanted food. The bandicoots all ate some of the chocolate, crisps and sandwiches that they had packed. After that, it started to get dark so they sat under a tree, got a pillow and blanket to share, and had a good long sleep.
