The skin - tickler

The skin - tickler is an extraordinary form of insect that has only recently been 
discovered. it's abilities have made renowned amongst the scientific community. 
would you be able to spot one  of these out in the wild and is there anything we need 
to know about this creature?

Like most insects in as far as they have legs, also have wings and have a similar
body shape of an insects.
