The shadow crept out of the lake glaring with its amber eyes at Um. Lava dripped from its strong wings. The loud roar got everyone’s attention especially the bards. He ran up to the monster and calmed the guardian down as Um escaped into the tavern as he took some food for the journey.  As they left, the monster roared and made them run at lightning speed.

When they arrived, they saw a cave so they went inside but a orange eye caught their eye but before they could do anything, Um grew in to a older fox and a spear for dragon tears appeared in front of them. But the phoenix caught them before they could protect them selves. They were taken to the phoenix palace where they would be set to trial if to throw them into the rumbling mountain or if they could be set free to carry on their journey…
