Chapter 3 – The escape

Just as she had caught the figure, it turned and pulled out a sword. Terrified, Ezira stepped back, hands in front of her face.

“Now er, what were ya doing?” asked the mysterious person.

Ezira answered in fear, “I-I, I was uhh.. I’m sorry I just wanted to capture you and see why you were here.”

The figure put their sword back into its case and sighed.

“Listen, I only just arrived here and-” the person froze as they put their hands by their side. After a few moments, they pulled out their sword and spoke, “Well, my name is Nathaniel and I’m here to destroy you!”

Ezira’s jaw dropped and she called for help.
