Forests

I’ve never glided through the Indian ocean,

but I have swam a lot of lengths at Bamber Bridge Leisure centre.

I’ve never rode a terrifying T-rex through the Amazon Rainforest,

but I have sat on a dirty donkey at Blackpool beach.

I’ve never flown in a shiny spaceship to Mercury,

but I have swooshed through the sky to sunny Spain on a Ryanair Jet.

I’ve never had tea with a hairy-legged tarantula,

but I have eaten dinner with my gran under the Blackburn Arches.

I’ve never seen a blue whale in the Atlantic ocean,

but I have watched a goldfish swim restlessly in my dads office.

I’ve never petted a jaguar in Sherwood forest,

but I have stroked my cat as she purrs annoyingly.

I’ve never been knighted by the queen,

but I have been gifted a large trophy from ZT dance academy.
