Fire trees

The roots are made of molten lava,

that hold it to the floor in storms.

The trunk is thicker than steel and impossible to cut,

But if you try hard enough you can move it.

The bark is as grippy as mud tyres,

So if the tree falls over somehow it never moves.

The branches reached Cornwall from Devon,

They were unbreakable like the Brunel bridge.

The twigs that fell off of it were shaped like swords,

They were made of metal so they were more like swords.

The leaves are made of poker cards that have made people lose loads.
