Roaring flower

The Roaring flower,

hotter than the sun.

Its petals were burning hot

like flames of a fire.

The flower’s gentle roots

travelled through

the stem peacefully.

Its leaves were as soft as a pillow

full of cotton wool.

Its vines were pointy and sharp.

It blossomed like a still bee.

The stem reaches out

to touch the cool, misty air.

Food tree.

The food tree has

bacon for its bark.

Its roots are like

melted chocolate fingers.

The branches were bended

like brown liquorish.

Its leaves are gummy levees.

The twigs are

ice-covered chocolate fingers.

The trunk was a chunk of chocolate.
