The Moon Dragon

Interested in mythical creatures too magical to be true? This blue dragon who usually only appears in the sky on a full moon, is the fastest creature on Neverbelieve and easily catches its prey, the golden phoenix. Because of its laid back body, it’s able to glide through the air with great speed. Weirdly, there is only one on Neverbelieve.

Appearance

Due to its camouflage, the Moon Dragon has a blue body, midnight black wings and has a turquoise spiny tail. It has a full moon-shaped mark on its right wing. Its claws are black and its teeth are extremely sharp to catch the golden phoenix. They have pretty sea blue eyes and have night vision because they are nocturnal. Surprisingly, they are kind and gentle to animals like the coconut unicorn.

Diet

Curiously, the moon dragon lives mostly on golden phoenixes but also eats small stars and galaxy dust. It drinks coconut water from coconuts that the coconut unicorn provides it with. It is not a carnivore, omnivore or herbivore; it is a Moon Food eater.

Habitat

The Moon dragon sleeps on clouds and buries itself between the fluffy layers. Interestingly, it can fold its wings and tail in so they can fit on a cloud. Because of its weight, the cloud can’t move and the dragon wakes up in the exact same place that they fell asleep.

Behaviour

Protecting all of the animals on Neverbelieve, the moon dragon flies around at night but only on a full moon. It explores the island to see what’s new and saves the animals in need. Although there are only 3 full moons every month on Neverbelieve, the moon dragon watches from its cloud to see what is going on. All of the creatures that aren’t its prey praise the dragon for its kindness and determination to help.

Moonoligists are afraid that anyone can take advantage of the Moon dragon and it will sadly die. To protect it, the moon dragon has been given the ability to sense an animal who is really in trouble.
