This animal is one of the rarest creatures on the planet! It lives in the steaming hot sarhara dessert. This creature has enormous spikes on his slimy green back just like a dragon. It has a mossy green colour and a long slithery  back to help it move across the sand. It breathes fire just like a dragon to catch it’s prey.

The snake has monsterous spikey wings to help get away from danger. However, the wings to make it harder to hide from humans or predators.

The pattern on the snakes back is blood red patches with a midnight black out line. These patterns show the the death and poison it can make. It lurkes around next to wild cactie and wait for a small lizard or any tipe of animal it finds.

The snakes mainly eat lizards or any small animal that it is close to. Weirdly, scientists have only discoverd 1 of these creatures when they were traverling around the Sarhara dessert. Pherhaps they can camoflage into the dessert sand.

Strangerly, There are no bones or fossils that match up to this animal so scientsts think that this animal has just been breeded. Many people belive that it is up to 4 metres long.

It is a thought that they can hunt a full grown stag. On the other hand, the mouth of a dessert dragon snake is 22 cm long!

The snake that the dectectives found was 10 feet long and up to this evidence they know that the snake could catch a fully grown crocodile.

There are lots of strange snakes in the world but this one is the most perculer. Amazingly, this snakes mouth is around 10 cm longs so i think it could properly catch a crocidile. Even though it has this amazing mouth it usually eats lizards.

This snake can fit the biggest book in the world in it’s mouth as a result it has many layers of sharp teeth. Almost all his mouth is filled with teeth. The snakes eyes have a gleaming  a shade of orange and black which makes it’s appearance frightning.
