Chapter 2 The Journey

Early the next morning, they all set off on their journey. On their way they were all looking round to find where they could hide. It was a misty and rainy day, Freddie, Jack and Harry were in their raincoats and when they moved their arms their coats were sticking to them. As the sun started to set, all of them were getting really tired and they took some photos of the surroundings. There were blossom trees, tulips, daises and hydrangeas. In the distance, they could see a faint outline of Rich Manor.

Freddie, Jack and Harry were walking and then suddenly came across a campsite and then they decided to stay the night there. The lucky thing was there was the Red Rock River to get fish for meals. They then got into a family tent on the dark, spooky campsite. All they could hear were insects and snakes. Their hearts were beating and they were finding it hard to eat.

Freddie, Jack and Harry packed their bags and soon left to get food from The Red River because they were hungry. They felt nervous to leave because they all thought they would get caught. They got down on their hands and knees. So they   didn’t get seen.

Harry soon gets seen when he thought he was safe but he wasn’t. When he got up someone was watching them, they didn’t know who it was…The mysterious person was stood in a dark forest staring at them. They were dressed in black and it was a misty night. They soon ran away and hid
