Weekend Poem

On Monday, I saw a Muntjac deer wander around the towering trees. Waiting patiently for the Albino deer.

On Tuesday, I noticed a squirrel that jumps from tree to tree as if it is trying to show off it’s amazing skills.

On Wednesday, I caught the sound of children exiting Forest Academy’s school premises like a pack of wolves chasing their prey.

On Thursday, I heard the flintnapper carefully chipping away at his fractious flint.

On Friday, I taste the food from the bakery with it’s smiling face that can be seen for miles.

On Saturday, I traveled to Brandon Country Park where all the wild animals roam free through the fabulous forest.

On Sunday, I dreamt of finding another friend.
