A simple request

It could be the chirping of a young robin at the

top of and old oak tree near Astley park or the

rustling of a hedgehog scuttling through a big

bushy hedge or the noise of a cat roaming

the long grassy fields while it was away from

the house.

It could be the noise of children’s running around

the park or it could be the barking of a dog running

after the children as they run around in excitement.

It could be the sound of children playing games in

the school playground or noisy cars making there

way down the long busy road.

It could be of pans banging while someone was

making their dinner or the clatter of things being

dropped on the floor or the talking of a child playing

games with their toys.

  1. I loved it. This was one of the best ever.maybe next time make it way more detailed because you have a really good imagination. That is what the poem makes me feel about you when I read it. Well Done!!

  2. I like how you used the places near you.
How could you make a new paragraph easier to spot?
When you wrote, “…or noisy cars making making there way down the long busy road.” You needed to use “their” not “there” and you needed to use a comma to separate long and busy.
