Stop and look

It doesn’t have to be an amazing blue sky
over the trees at Moor Park
or the amazing squirrels
jumping tree to tree
or the wonderful birds
flying over the Preston Docks.

It could be the happy children running around and having fun
in the playground at Eldon
or the abandoned shoe
on the pavement
or the old car
roaming around the streets of Preston.

Just pay attention
to all of the beautiful things around you
remember to stop and look.
