I…I…I…I’ve seen it! She says, “Lock all the doors and windows!”

Chapter Two

We sit for a minute or two before I have enough to ask, “What did you see? Or what did you hear?” Outside, I can hear the wind howling like a wolf, and the sound of light thunder and lightning. I’ve had a thought of what she’s going to say. I’m correct. She claims to have seen the Foxamander.

One and a half hours later, we are outside in the cold night sky, following Bella’s footsteps. I know, I know. I should have stayed inside, tucked in my cozy bed covers with the fireplace to it’s highest level. All I can say is that I’m trying to help her BUT she is the most moodiest and has got the most attitude out of everyone I know!  The wind blows as strong as a leaf blower. We kept having to push forwards otherwise we would have ended up somewhere else. Distant thunder laughing and lightning growling.

Hardly daring to breathe, we hit open a kebab shop door and rush inside. At this moment in time , the snow slam the door shut before I even got a chance to do it, almost blowing the shop down. Behind the till was something or someone which was breathing very heavily, almost like a short bark, a low growl. Terrified, we freeze, staring into the shadows, Is someone there?
