Imagery poem

The star is

as bright as a torch light,

like a clear crystal.

Stars dancing.

A cactus is

As prickly as my mother,

Like a demented dinosaur.

Petrifying people.

An ice cream sundae is

As cold as the Antarctic,

Like a polar bear.

Every kids dream.

A rubber is

As wanted as money,

Like a savior to rub out the mistakes.

Perfect life.

A rainbow is

As reassuring as a hug,

like a sign everything is ok.

A leprechauns gold.

A sunny day is

As amazing as an ice cream sundae,

Like a little treat.

Enjoyment for everyone.
