Chapter 3

The Summer holidays went fast so it began to feel more colder. As the trees started to lose their leaves. And every day Tyler walked along the fields to find chicken to eat for the tiger Astro. Every day Tyler could only probably come back with one or two because they were so hard to find. The plants and flowers were so beautiful on the fields there were daises poppies blossom trees that were not hard to spot.

At night Tyler and Astro would sometimes now go into the wood and play fetch with Mrs Smith’s old dog toys that her Dalmation who passed away a few years back. Her and Astro would have so much fun but if the saw someone they would quickly hide. The moon would appear and the stars would brighten up like as if they were a gloomy bright lamp with fiery flames.

The one thing that worried Tyler so much is that one the dream she had a few months, and two that Astro is going to be found and probably have his life wasted on us for not letting him back in the wild even though he didn’t want to be back free in the forest. And never to be seen again from them.

It came the horror of what Tyler was scared of. Towards the start of September there was one night when Tyler and Astro went out again at night. Astro ran into the forest as Tyler came chasing after him as he stopped as he was stung by a nestle. As he could hear the roar of Astro he kept running as he finally got there. There was a strange person dressed in a tiger costume Astro must thought it was the same creature as him. Tyler told Astro to hide as the little boy walked closer to Tyler.

Tyler hissed at the boy what do you want. The boy gave a shake of his head. As his hand came out to greet her, Tyler said what are you doing here. She looked at Astro and snapped her fingers to tell Astro to keep still. When the boy went round to Astro who was hiding in the bushes her cave a huge smack on the face. Suddenly, Tyler felt pain in her face as if she was the one who was hit.

The secret was then unfolded the dream that Tyler had a few months ago was true. Their hearts must be connected as she was shaking with astonishment to her surprise. Astro gave a speak to say our hearts are connected…

When the thunder strikes chapter 3

The summer holidays went by as quick as a velociraptor. Every day Thor would go and check on the velociraptors in the forest. He didn’t know but the fields and the forests and the houses and school was becoming more familiar than London.

One day Delta came to visit Thor and Mrs rake on the farm, luckily not finding any livestock. She sniffed around a bit, stole Thor’s dinner and then went home after sitting with Thor and watching the sunset. A few months later the rest all of the raptors came to the farm, Delta leading the way to the open door of the kitchen.

Something that worried Thor was that someone might find the raptors and kill them. They always kept themselves hidden in the forest and sometimes in the farm, using their exceptional speed when they hear someone who isn’t Thor or Mrs Rake coming their way.

It happened though at the end of the summer holidays. Thor was going into the woods and he heard a scream and four high pitched chirps. He knew immediately it was the raptors and started to run shoving through the bushes until he found the opening. Alpha jumped down from a tree with the others following, ready to pounce. A few meters away a woman stood screaming, frozen in fear.

“Stop” hissed Thor, staring at the raptors. When he looked back the woman was gone and when he looked back at the raptors they were running back to their cave. He walked back to the farm. What to do now?

The secret was out. When he got home, Thor and Mrs Rake had a long talk about what to do with the raptors. They thought about releasing the raptors into a tropical forest where a raptor should truly live.

When the thunder strikes chapter 2

The raptors stared at Thor. They were blue, green, red, pink and all of their eyes were an icy blue. Their scales glinted in the sunlight. Thor could see the sharp claws on Delta, the jagged teeth on rex, the long tail on Alpha, the little arms on Blues arms, as they moved forwards.

Thor was amazed as Alpha sniffed him and lay down at his feet and the other raptors followed. Thor stroked each of their heads, unsure if one would reach up and bite his hand.

“They like you a lot” whispered Mrs Rake, as they fell asleep. Thor smiled at Mrs Rake very confused how this was possible. On they’re way out of the snowy forest, the wind blew hard and Thor was blowen over about 20 times. Just as he reached the end of the forest he saw the raptors dash only a few centimetre’s away from him and heard their chirp.

“They’re going to be heading to their cave now,” said Mrs Rake still walking. “I found them while In this forest in an ice cave frozen in ice about ten years ago. They were only a few days old. They must have got trapped in that cave and frozen for millions of years. I looked after them not letting anyone know, like a secret.” Thor listened fascinated by this story. “You must never tell anyone about this Thor. They will kill them if they saw them and we would become criminals.

That afternoon Thor daydreamed of the raptors. Alpha commanding the others to hunt as he tidied the cave. Their eyes blue as the sky. Their teeth biting into a bear for dinner.

One night, Thor slept with the raptors, in their cave, on some hay. After two months whenever the raptors saw him they would run to him practically begging for meat, always doing their chirp. Thor now liked his chores as well, as all of them were now connected to the raptors

Mrs Rake watched him with raptor smiling as she did. She saw over the months how the boy made the raptors happy.

The spirit relm was full of demons and monster I had never seen before we ascended into the shadows and found the village we weren’t ready we were just here for a quick recon on their troops and defences before we do the battle of a life time there were two spirit guards at the front of the village they must have been corrupted by the demons but before we could go we met are first villain.

Then she sent illusions of here self-ten twenty there were to many we were overwhelmed by them but then I Rember what father told me that illusions don’t have shadows so we all looked under the Nora illusions and finally found one with the shadow so then with a mighty swipe of my sword she was cut in half with a mighty swipe of my sword she was cut in half hopefully gone forever..

When the sky spits

Henry Slate didn’t want to leave his home. He glared out of the window wishing he was back in London with his mother. He stared out at the snow-covered fields missing the full, loud cities of London. The room he was sleeping in belonged to her son. He went off to war to fight in Germany. Henry isn’t allowed to bring up the war to Clara. She would just send him back to his room. Sometimes she calls him Arther because that’s the name of her son. Henry would say much of it though. He didn’t want to upset her.

Eventually, had his first day at school had flown past quickly. The teacher was called Mr Val. Very kind he was. He always looked at Henry at the back of the school room. Henry’s writing was very good. Better than most of the children. Henry kept his head down on his work. The other kids chat and gossip but Henry wasn’t like that. But one thing for sure. Once that bell rang he shot out of the classroom like a rocket.

Besides, the weeks went by as fast as a race car and Henry started to carve out a routine. His days were being bored in school and working but after he helped Clara with the kitten and animals in the garden. She drew lots of pictures and so did Henry. He watered the flowers until Clara told him stop.

At midnight, Henry would stare out the window and watch Clara leave Woodlock. He never knew why but he didn’t think too much of it. This happened every night. She always went towards the woods outside of the village.

However, Henry didn’t have to wait long to find out. One night, Clara came into his room and told him to follow her. The darkness casted creatures into his mind. He ran up to Clara to stay safe.

At last, she stopped by a dark eerie cave. Henry peered into it and they both walked inside. When they were looking Henry heard a low, deep growl. Then two eyes appeared. “Meet Sally” whispered Clara. “Shes a bear. I found her when she was a cub.”

Sally glared at Henry and stepped forwards towards him, where Henry stood frozen with fear.

When the blood falls

When the Blood Falls

Scott Rucker had found it hard to say goodbye to his home but it was for the best. Scott often daydreamed of his home back in Edinburgh. He stared out of his upstairs window in his new home. He lived with a loving family called The Faltons, the man was called Danny and the woman was called Hatty. He lived in a place in the south side of Scotland. Scott liked the old couple. They lived on a farm. The farm was huge, it had sheep, cows, pigs and bulls.

The school was great, Scott made friends instantly. He signed up for the school rugby team as soon as the offer came out. He has been extremely excited. Meanwhile, after school every day, he would come and help Hatty to water and plant the vegetables. Then he helped Danny to milk the cows, and feed all the animals. Scott was enjoying his new life here plenty, but he was not ready to show it yet.

The first week of school came and gone. The teachers were amazing but the lunches were alright. During the weekend, he planned to go out with some friends to play rugby at the pitches. At three o’clock, Scott met up with his friend and went to the local chip shop before they went to the rugby pitches. They chatted about who they thought would make the school rugby team. When he arrived home, Danny and Hatty had made cake for him. Scott just remembered that it had been one week since he arrived here.

Later that night, Scott was looking out of his bedroom window, when something caught his eye. It was Hatty and Danny going down to the bottom of the road then going into the woods and then out of sight. Scott thought nothing of it at first, but then he started wondering why they were going somewhere so late at night. They were carrying a lantern each, they had their big coats on and woolly hats. Why did they go down there. What were they doing.

Scott didn’t have to wait long at all to find out what they were doing last night. That night he was told by Danny to put on his boots his big winter coats and bring a lantern. Danny and Hatty lead him out of the house and down the road and into the forest.

The forest was dark even with the lanterns lighting up the way. It was a journey full of twists and turns. It was about half an hour at least before Danny and Hatty stopped and stared at a large bush. Suddenly, some rustling sounds started to come from the bush. Then out of the bush stepped a leopard.

It made its way towards Scott, who was tied up by a rope of fear.
