Chapter 3

The summer felt like it had been a year for Alex because the time had gone so slow. Every day he had to walk his dog, which he liked. When he went out one day he went to the beach to walk Felix but he had to go with his dad because they would not allow him to go out on his own on the beach. They went in the water but something really bad happened because Felix ran off. For hours they were looking for him until they finally got back home at dawn and somehow Felix was there in his bed.
