Chapter 3

With a flash, the shadow was big and stood tall. It was Scramatom, one of the Gorm leaders. He had iron armour around him and black scars on his forehead. Nervously, Percy stepped back and hid behind Parker’s body and made whimpering noises. Pasco was fierce and stood up for his siblings but they had to run for shelter. After a couple of hours, their feet were aching. Percy was getting mad, he was fed up with being carried around. “We found shelter,” said Parker,  “finally after those dreaded hours of walking.” Nervously, they went inside the cave. At that moment, Parker remembered that she had a gift from their mother that she had not opened yet. They went deeper into the cave and explored it. Ten minutes later, they’d explored all of the cave and sat down to open the gift. Parker was shaking with excitement to see what it could be. It was an ancient map from their great grandfather named it the Antiqua Tabula, the Ancient Egyptians had made it. There had only ever been three made and one of the those was now sitting in Parker’s hand.

They had to get to the Daycare to stay there forever. There was no  turning back now. They had faith in the map and they were really hopeful. It showed a secret way to the Daycare, a way that the Gorm doesn’t know they had faith. The map had a sense of when evil was around it would make a red dot on the map.

After a sound night’s sleep, the rabbits gathered their things and were off to the daycare. They just had to walk for an hour and swim in a river and they were there. After an hour’s walk, they saw the island they had to swim to. Percy was scared he didn’t know how to swim. Luckily, there was a boat so they went on it and made it to the other side and there they were. Their luck finished their luck streak the Gorm and an army is there.
