The Stray Cat
I’ll find a place to sleep.
I look at the sky and see stars.
I’m a night- stalker,claw-slasher.
I’ll scurry along the walls and fences.
I’m a mouse-hunter that is my prey.
I’ll dash into cat flaps looking for food.
I want an owner since I’m a stray.
I have fur as soft as a cushion.
I’ll meow cutely and everyone loves me.
I’m a meat-eater wanting to devour a mouse.
I quietly stroll across the streets.
