Dear Sir,                                                                                                                                                                                   I am writing to inform you about the upcoming events on the local calendar. There are many amazing things to look forward to in the coming weeks.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                First, there will be a procession through the town, consisting of a wide variety of contributions. Anyone involved must take good care to not cause unnecessary disruption  of the crowd or there may be consequences. The winner may judge the best baby competition. As that is going on, you could drive down to the local restaurant Mr Chippys and get some lovely food.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    After that, there will be a dance display at the town square. If you choose to participate in watching, please do stand back so you shall not be in the way of others.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Finally, the firework display will be held at  the location of princes park at exactly six o’clock.
