Orlaith’s poem for Pie
I wore the blue mask and saw
A diving humpback whale
A blooming bluebell
And a blue felt-tip pen swiping
I wore the yellow mask and saw
A tall beautiful sun flower
And a sour taste of lemon
A yellow pencil gleaming
I wore the mask of purple and saw
A small purple flower
And a small purple butterfly
And a purple boat
I wore the red mask and saw
A big field of poppies
And the Manx flag
And a spicy chilli
I wore the mask of white and saw
Big fluffy clouds
And soft white cream
A big lump of snow
