The sky ship looked as if a thousand people started battering it with sledge hammers but worse. Unfortunately, they had no phone signal so they were stuck on there until help came, if it ever did. They were just starting to feel worried that they might never see Earth again.

They had landed on the most southerly part of the planet, (The Crashing Point.) Ria gazed at three things: the resplendent gold sand shimmering in the cool evening sunset, an old ruin of what looked like an ancient village from thousands of years ago and in the distance, Ria could just see an old hovel staring at the deep ocean watching out for intruders. Beyond the Ozark Mountains, Dylan could just spot a pod of dolphins leaping in and out of the glistening waters of the Blurp Ocean.

Ria could smell something that reminded her of her mother’s freshly baked Shepherd’s Pie, but Dylan smelt something different; the smell was similar to the scorching dry sand in the middle of a boiling summer. They could feel a gentle breeze on their bare legs and the cool evening sun shining on their rosy red cheeks. Dylan could hear tiny parakeets chirping as they fledged the nest, Ria could just hear the waves crashing onto the cold sand and the dolphins making high pitched whistles and clicks to each other.

All of a sudden there was a rustling in the palm trees. The pilot was nowhere to be seen, they decided to adventure into the forest with the hope of finding him. As they entered the gloomy palm trees, they couldn’t spot any animals apart from a little butterfly hatching from its cocoon. All of a sudden, they heard a bang like an enormous boulder falling from a huge cliff. The entrance had disappeared. The children sprinted back through the forest hoping to get away from that sound. As they leaped over branches, ran through brambles, climbed over a bank and splashed through a big murky puddle, they spotted the entrance and set up camp. The knew they had to leave the rest of this adventure until the morning.
