As night descended, Dave set up a camp consisting of a tent and a fire; it wasn’t much

but it was all to survive the night. Before lights out, Dave hugged his chameleon, closed the zip and went to sleep. 

Upon waking up, Dave made a decision to name the chameleon Leo, the poor creature hadn’t had a name up until now.

6 hours later a roar echoed whom inside the temple and the night occurred. Dave felt a shiver go down his spine and everything became silent. While navigating for the sound, two bloodshot eyes stared at Dave’s soul from inside the temple.

Dave searched behind him and to his surprise nothing was there, after turning back around the same roar was heard. He was getting fed up as this happened 2 more times. “Who’s there, come out!” Dave boomed. 

Suddenly two giant feet appeared, seconds later spikes trailed down the back, then out of the shadows a giant  spinosaurus rose to the top of the highest trees, “ROAR!” it cried, its bloodshot eyes staring at Dave. Soon after the dinosaur lashed it’s tail at Dave and Leo, and everything went black…

“ROAR!”

Dave gripped on tight to the railings as the Aurora swayed left and right. The weather was dark and gloomy, with the heavy rain chucking down making the ground damp and sodden , deadly hail and flashing thunder striking down from the heavens.

 As the crew sailed the Pacific Ocean, sharks emerged from the water, they were everywhere, circling the ship we felt petrified, this was the end. 

Without warning, one of the sharks punctured the airship sending us down into the shark’s fetid lair. As the sharks surrounded us, our emotions were filled with shock.

How would we survive?

When Adam and the wolf woke up from their sleep, they heard voices surrounding the building. Suddenly there was a deafening silence. After 5 minutes of quietness , there was banging at the door. Adam and the wolf held their breath, they were waiting and waiting. The couple didn’t even move a muscle. Soon after a mysterious person entered the warehouse, all Adam and the wolf could hear was the clock ticking, a lamp getting turned on (tick) and a torch turning on. The weather was rainy; hailly ; and there was thunder and lightning. Inside of the warehouse there was cobwebs, and I wasn’t surprised there were even mice. While that was happening Adam and the wolf were panicking, breathing fast and their  heart was pounding quickly. It was midnight in the small, ruined building and the stars were shimmering bright in the sky. 

After a couple of long hours; which was actually only minutes, the guard left. Adam and the wolf heard the door shut so they knew the guard had gone. The two had a chat, Adam whispered to the wolf “ I think we can leave now” Adam suggested, Adam knew the wolf understood him. With those golden, fiery eyes of hers Adam knew, she knew. The wolf and Adam had to reach the gates, if not then the world would die and the wolf could still get hunted. The wolf looked wounded and weak, blood was pouring out of her they had to act quick. The streets were wet and damp, street lights shone bright. As Adam and the wolf walked down the path they saw abandoned, ruined buildings, the moon was silver and bright. There were not many cars nor people. Soon they started to journey on “ to the gateway”Adam and the wolf thought. But on there way there was some guards blocking shortcuts……

Could this be the end or will they succeed ?

On the outskirts of London, thunder and lightning were both booming down from heaven. The rain was cold and damp, as it poured down frantically. It was 8pm in the afternoon, and the sun was setting. As Adam walked, he thought to himself “I need to find somewhere to stay, or I’ll get wet”. After 5 minutes, Adam found an abandoned home. He spotted an alleyway digging through the two buildings. Adam hid in one of the two corners and fell asleep. 

When he woke up footsteps were heard. He froze in fear. He felt like his heart had stopped pumping!!. Suddenly, the mysterious man spotted Adam… the man walked towards Adam, the more the man walked, the more Adam backed up. Especially with that blood dripping knife of his. Adam’s hope was fading,his heart was slowing down he was TRAPPED!!!. But he could sense something above his head, he looked up and saw two blinking, orange eyes. Adam was petrified. Soon Adam was looking up at a wet, black nose and two ears. In a flash the beast jumped down, and was one meter away from Adam. The beast howled AaaaaWwwwwOoooooHhhhhhhh!!! the beastly man fled as fast as his legs would carry him. Adam was shocked- who was this animal… and why was it saving him?

As the animal stood there, the lightning revealed more of it.
