Audrey And The Golden Pocket Watch By Ria

Audrey And The Golden Pocket Watch By Ria

Chapter 2

The fire was burnt out for a long time and the doors was stuck because it hadn’t been opened for a long time at the town square. Outside, all the trees began to rot and the flowers fell to the ground like servants kneeling down to their pharaoh. Inside, a icicle hit the ground as fast as light as bugs covered the floor like an uncomfortable carpet. As Audrey picked up her keys from her adventurous purse. Slowly, she pushed the key into the keyhole and she shivered as the doors opened. Shivering, the the three stepped into the hallway.

Audrey and Winter quickly ran upstairs as fast as an lightning bolt and rapidly checked her room if the pocket watch was missing and her journals was still messy on her desk ( as usual ) . She saw her top secret map opened on her desk and her pocket watch in her secret bunker.

Curiously, Winter opened the sea shell box and picked up the golden, adventurous pocket watch  and searched at the back and there was an engraved riddle loose. Within seconds, she figured out the riddle because her mother always told Audrey. Nearby, Audrey saw a safe. Immediately, she wrote the answer onto the safe and inside she found a map. “This is so cool, no wonder your mother has enemies.” said Winter.

“So this is why mother has been so secretive!”said Audrey.

“Yes,yes it is” said a strange but familiar voice from behind the door.

Audrey slowly took two deep breaths and within 4 seconds she  knew it was Mrs Katherine, mother’s partner in university, geography , map reading. Her brown hair was consistent until the front were she had little grey hairs . Her eyes had a cold and dark stare.

The next minute you know, the girls were trapped in an awful, dark, miserable room. The lights flickered like a bee’s wings. The door was stuck and the window was too small to wriggle through.

Winter said, “ We’re going to die!”. “No we’re not . We’re going to save my mother and beat Mrs Katherine” said Audrey. “Good luck with that” mumbled Winter.”

Audrey and The Pocket Watch by Ria

Malkin gazed at the mist over the Royalred as it got closer and closer while Heather tries to turn the ship but the Royalred’s recruiters jammed the wheel so it can’t move. He saw the rubies shine one by one as the guns coming at the made loud noises like a loin’s roar. He heard his heartbeat going as fast as light and the silence of night. He smelled the den of flame like houses burning in the great fire of London. Turning around slowly, Malkin howled , “I’m sorry Heather, goodbye.”

Looking at the field, Audrey Anderson was staring out of the window for something exciting to happen. The teachers of Oxford Academy For Older Girls were boring her. Suddenly the bell rang and Audrey ran as fast as a leap order and hid behind the tree. She heard Miss Cathering yell “ come back here Miss Anderson!” She was going to make a run for it but something told her not to. She saw miss come outside then back inside. Then Audrey ran for her life!

As she looked at the email for what it seemed like the fiftieth time, Audrey opened the email and tears fell down as she reread the words. Her mother, Heather Anderson, hadn’t been seen ever since the fateful day . The airship catastrophe . The final words that her mother said to Audrey hit her on her head badly. “Use your time wisely.”  For months she wondered what it meant.

At that moment, a familiar howl and a mysterious bush appeared and it started moving as an recognisable face peered in a hole of the bush. “You certainly took your time!”Malking panted.” I’ve used a lot of my ticks, give me a wind up will you?” Audrey smile and laughed as she twisted the key. She tried to stroke it but every time her hands touched his face he shivered and his black and white fur shined .

A couple of minutes later, Winter bumped into Audrey and Malkin in Happyvile at the front of the library. “Of course it’s your mother’s pocket watch!” Said Winter. For many nights Audrey hated the pocket watch , she just wanted to break it but to see her mother’s smile  she would’ve done anything. “Sorry, I forgot.” Mumbled Winter while looking at Malkin.

Audrey started running while saying “ come on we have no time to lose!” Malkin howled “ Let’s catch a train to the town square!”

My Little Plant Dreams by Ria

My Little Plant Dreams

The Royal Chesnut was as magnificent as the Queen in Buckingham Palace .

The roots are like Royal Carpets going down to earth.

The trunk was a pillar standing in the front of The White House.

The bark was as spiky as my dad’s beard on my face when he tries to hug me.

The tree faller was as loud as a scream in a horror movie.

The flowers petals blossomed like a big beautiful princess.

The ChocolateBrownie daisy’s roots were like big chunks of chocolate digging to the top of a cake.

The stem is as small as a candlestick standing on top of a chocolate muffin.

The leaves longed to get off the flower.

The pollen was gold honey that shone like a diamond.

The petals, pastels pushed a purple fever.

I met a girl called bunny by Ria

I met a girl called Bunny.

She had always been seen with bunny ears that matched her real bunny.

She loved carrots so much  its like kids going crazy at a toy shop.

She had two large front food chompers as big as big as a football stadium going crazy.

Every night she puts her fluffy, cute teddies onto their bunkbeds as kind as a puppy, guide dog.

I met a woman called Autumn.

She had blonde-brown hair as beautiful as a peacock strolling in the sun.

She drank her tea in the morning and watched the leaves fall in happiness.

She had a miniscule, orange leaf tattoo underneath her right eye as cute as a baby panda climbing up a branch of bamboo.

As she goes for walks with her husband they jump into the leaves then flew so high that they go through the clouds.

I met a baby girl called Joy.

She had happy brown eyes and a smile that spread cheek to cheek.

She skips like a frolicking through the meadow.

She is kind and caring and like a second mother to everyone she meets.

She wears bright clothes as nice as silk touching my hands
