Instructions of wonder

Take the dogs on a walk and watching a film in front of the fire.

Peel the skin of a new freshly orange and beat a show of in a game.

Stir the wetness of a clean dog and the smell of a freshly washed dog.

Simmer the smell of a BBQ with your family and feel the breeze from opened window in the stuffed car.

Serve the creativity on a poster and sprinkle of having a cup of tea on a cold day.

Cherry pink flowers

What are soft? A light, cream tinted feather running on the pavement and a pretty, silk cushion on a satin thrown.

What are scratchy? The grey fluff from an old autumn sweater and the cold, gritty sand at Brighton pier.

What are lonely? Someone dancing in the rain alone, sobbing mournfully and the broken face of a girl who lost their best friend.

What are fun? Surfboards riding on teal waves reflecting the sun as it glistens and the thrill of roller coasters rapidly racing.

What are beautiful? The burnt orange sunset gracefully descending and lemon colour bees buzzing around a lush, pastel meadow.

What is dull? The bitter, grey heart of a lonely lover and dark, angry clouds storming on an icy winter night.

What are fluffy? New born bunnies hopping tirelessly on a bed of golden straw and a soft, light dandelion floating in the weak wind.

What are colourful? The glowing, magical crystals in a fairy-tale cave and cherry pink flowers on a delicate apple blossom tree.

What is hot?

What is hot?

What is hot?The sun burning in the sky at mid day, and a freshly lit fire.

What is cold?Freshly fallen snow, and my Icey freezer .

What is soft?A velvet cousin, cotton wool and the blanket that cuddles me when I go to bed.

I would take….

I would take a seashell so I could listen to the sea to calm me down When I am angry.

I would take the smell of Sunday roast dinner so it will make me feel like I am at home with my family.

I would take the speed of a cheetah so I can run away if I am on danger.

I would take a calculator so I can solve any problems.

I have never…But I have…

I have never petted a huge, ferocious lion,

but I have tightly cuddled my black cat whilst enjoying my

breakfast early at sunrise.

I have never scrambled up the highest mountain in Japan,

but I have conquered a tall tree in my granny’s garden.

I have never experienced the fluffiness of a red, fluffy, shimmering

foxes tail swaying in the wind,

but I have sensed the softness of my dog’s long thin tail wagging gracefully.

I have never observed a wild crocodile tread watering in the Amazon river,

But I have encountered a lizard crawling up a tree in Amazona zoo.

I have never examined the taste of crunchy, slimy snails in Paris,

but I have tasted the taste of salty chips in Yarmouth, on a roasting

hot day.

I have never raced against Usain Bolt in the Tokyo olympics,

but I have raced against my sister through Horsford woods on a ice

cold day.

The moons milky haze..

I have never come across pastel butterflies fluttering over a fairy-tail lake,

But I have seen seagulls yell over fresh fish and chips on a rainy day.

I have never visited the crystal waves of Bora Bora,

But I have created a lopsided sand castle in whales when I was five.

I have never laid eyes on a Martian from mars’ rocky surface,

But I have pet a petite, sage frog by alexander brook.

I have never watched the emerald, Northern lights,

But I have gazed at the glowing moons milky haze.

I have never watched Hamilton at Broad way while dancing with my friends,

But I have imagined hoping on a stage full of warm-toned spotlights and flying confetti.

open the door

Go open the door

Go and open the door maybe you will see a monster as big as a house.

Go and open the door maybe you will see a tissue as hard as wood.

Go and open the door maybe there’s some pencils as big as a tree.

Go and open the door maybe you will see a moon as bright as the sun.

Go and open the door maybe you will see a dog as small as a ant.

I have never ridden a llama…By summer@Belmont
Summer

I have never felt the slimy scales of a corn snake,
but I have felt cold hand sanitiser tickling my skin.

I have never travelled to London to see the vast Big Ben in the town square,
but I have travelled to Skegness beach for the ice cream and donuts.

I have never climbed an alien space ship taking of into the charcoal night sky,
but I have climbed a vast hill with my dogs Daisy and Lacey.

I have never seen a friendly dolphin leaping through the turquoise water with its family following behind,
but I have seen a baby shark swimming in an aquarium.

I have never ridden a llama in a dehydrated desert as my grandpa Pete held me so I do not fall,
but I have ridden my violet mountain bike down Byron Avenue.

I have never tasted Russian herbs sprinkled on top of my spaghetti,
but I have tasted warm creamy cookies that have just came out the hot, steamy oven.

I have never heard night owls hooting in daylight sat on a vast oak tree,
but I have heard my English bulldogs bark as deeply as they could as the loud mail man walks by.

I have never thrown a vast elephant across an emerald forest breaking down all of the blossom and oak trees,
but I have thrown a cloth across my kitchen counter as I am about to relax.

I’ve never held a cloud

I’ve never held a cloud

I’ve never eaten a big lobster,

but  I’ve eaten prawns on the sunny beach at Scarborough.

I’ve never walked up to snowy mount everest,

but I climbed up Stood Pike.

I’ve never held a fluffy cloud,

but I held a sugary cotton candy.

I’ve never seen a cobra,

but I have spotted many worms in the mud.
