Dragon poem

The dragon hunches over the treasure, growling, ready for entrance by any attackers.

Eyes like the deep sea lapping over the threshold of the cave.

The skin like spiderwebs reflects the glimmering treasure a kaleidoscope of blood curdling death.

The blood dripping jaws make any person petrified.

Teeth like silver spears invade your nightmares.

Tongue twisting razor-rough tongue impales the bone.

The scales are like chainmail burnt and scratched from hunters.

His spine hunches over, old and weak.

The wings like closed curtains thump down after each flap.

Claws like the ends of sharp pencils writing their chalkboard screeches over their victims.

The dragon gets into position

The attackers charge

3 2 1

BANG!!!
