should baby dragons be allowed to live in chingford,

some people believe that baby dragons should be allowed to live in chingford but most people believe that this is extremely dangerous since the dragons are going to grow up one day and takeover chingford. However the dragons are still young and have no wear to live so they need to stay in chingford for now but one day there going to have to leave. Most people think this would not be fair to do to the dragons since the dragons will get used to livening in chingford and that we can’t just tell them to leave.
