I want to paint by Aaron
I want to paint
the shadows of my family members walking into my newly decorated bedroom as bulls are destroying each other on the TV, a freshly cooked BBQ and the taste of a beef burger with cheese melting in my mouth, the cockpit of a stunt plane landing in the middle of the air field next to my hometown.
I want to paint
a yellow school bus like bees flying to their hive, a husky’s face like a pepperoni pizza. I want to paint an oven, hot like the sun, a freezer like Antarctica coldest island, a fresh built car like a rusted car.
I want to paint
the taste of a grilled cheese burger burning in my hands ready for me to eat. I want to paint the smell of a toasting fire being burnt in the moon light. I want to paint the sound of a rhino ragging at its prey. I want to paint the memory of me building my lego police station. I want to paint the impossibility of COVID-19 ending in 2021. I want to paint the distance between Apollo 11 taking off and landing on the moon.
I want to paint the end of this poem.
