Dreams vs reality

I have never smelt a dish made from Gordon Ramsey,

But I have smelt the brisk scent of one of Buckingham Palaces great cannons.

I have never seen a magical mermaid swimming in The English Channel,

But I have seen a glimmering dolphin in a aquarium in Blackpool.

I have never  heard a baby sheep crying up on great hill,

But I have heard my Grandad and Uncle yelling because Liverpool lost a football game.

I have never touched a great big Elephant,

But I have touched my dog.

I have never tasted caviar in a five star restaurant in Paris,

But I have tasted my mum’s delicious homemade roast dinner.
