The Doors by Casey
Behind the onyx door, spiders create jade cobwebs; dust blows as the door creaks open as I walk in and black panthers charge forward towards their prey.
Behind the fuchsia door, roses grow from the summer sky ; pigs roll around in mud as joy flows around them and fishes swim in happiness as they meet their friends .
Behind the sapphire door, crystals sparkle in the dark like no one has seen before ;peacocks showing off their feathers to people and dolphins jump high above the sea and have fun .
Behind the gold door, bees prepare their stingers, ready to sting their enemy ; stars shine in the night light and the sun beans shine- beaming before my eyes .
Behind the merlot door, blood drips from a child’s arm where they have cut it; lipsticks lie almost empty after only one month of being used and crabs getting their pinchers ready to steal food from a family picnic.
