The mystical emporium chapter 2 by jake

Chapter 2:

“My name is Doomsnarl,” snapped the demon, staring at Henry until he uncomfortably

Stepped to one side. “This world is my domain, you must exit NOW!!!” The anger on the warlord’s face became more intimidating as Henry was struck by fear. The demon’s blade petrified Henry to the point where all of his actions were involuntary. “You are free to look around,

But don’t enter through a labelled door,” exclaimed Doomsnarl.

Henry exited the room and found himself in a hallway. Eagerly, he ran down the corridors,

passing numerous doors painted with enticing colours. As he continued on, Henry found a door. It was labelled in a strange language. Thinking about what Doomsnarl had told him, he left it but loitered around it.

His mind was demanding him to enter, but he fought back against his thoughts. Eventually, he had to enter.

Golden glistening bookshelves contained multiple books with fascinating facts about friendships, and statues of mighty warriors were placed in the corners of the room.

But if Henry was paying more attention, he may have noticed shadows watching him from the ceiling. Out of nowhere ominous voices bellowed in his brain saying “You are in the chamber of doom, get out NOW!!!”  Henry yelled at the voices in an outrage, ignoring the fact that the room was closing in on him. Doomsnarl appeared and said “You’ve messed up little boy.” Henry was too scared to backchat against the demon, and so stayed in the centre of the room.
