Chapter 4
The escape

Sam was worried. He disturbed Shrek and he couldn’t get out of the room. Right when he was going to get hit, Donkey came and took him to the lake where, within the bushes, an owl was perched on a branch. Then Mr Mystery popped out. He said to Sam, “What is this?”
Sam looked down to his feet, “I touched the book,” he muttered.

Sam looked at Mr Mystery and spotted a overgrown door within leaves.
“Look, a way out!” Sam screamed with excitement. As they ran over, they saw Shrek, Fiona and Gingerbread man . They had to do something.

With the door engraved into the mountain, it was impossible to get there. Suddenly, Sam remembered he had done amazing climbing and had been awarded for getting higher and higher each time. Sam knew this was the final challenge. iuuj
“Come on Mr Mystery, follow me!” we are being chased, “Hurry Mr Mystery,” shouted Sam, “jump though the door.”
“Where are we?”

Creeping away from the seen Mr Mystery some how was at the desk and asked “why did you touch the book” There was a long pause. “You better go home” “go on” He said with a grin on his face and opened the silver door.

Sam was intrigued to see more but he knew he had to go home so he stepped out and walked away he realized the sky clear blue knowing he was a fool. He turned and saw there was just a hole where it was.

He knew he could come back soon.

But what he didn’t notice was he was being followed. as he returned Shrek and Fiona were hiding in his closets and a owl came in through the window.
