The Legend of Harry six toes

The Legend of Harry six toes

At tea time, the three little hedgehogs picked at their food. They heard terrible news when the postbears knocked on their little wooden door in their tree house. The scratchy bandits were only a few miles away from Bonny Beach. Of course they did not know what animals they were because they wore mysterious hoods and threatening cloaks around their necks. No one would survive. Crying, Harry, Harold and Hannah all had to leave, they packed everything they needed. Clothes, toothbrushes and little Hannah’s dummies and teddy bears.

Their mother gave them supplies like water, dried mango and a clingfilm packet of peaches. They would need a lot of food seeing as they were going such a long way to safety. They would have to leave Acorn Village, cross the bridge of Hazel Blue, go through Snowbank Hills, drag their feet across Pine Safari, trying to not get burnt at Vile Volcanos and end up at Camp Moosehead where they would finally be safe. Anxious, Harry was neurotic about Hannah touching all the animals on the way. Hannah is very interested in plants, animals and nature. Hannah was an infant, a word that means you can only make babbles and noises, and she was also the only girl. Harold wore glasses and odd socks. His glasses made him look intelligent. He was Intelligent. Harry was the drama king. He loved acting and dancing. When he is older he wants to be a ballerina.

The wind gave them the chills which made them feel even more scared. It blew the fluffy dandelions on the green, lush fields. Harold, who was more scared than ever, squeezed her sister’s hand encouragingly. Worried, he  tucked Hannah into her crib and sang her a lullaby. Harold crawled into the bottom bunk. Harold crawled into the bottom bunk. Harry went upstairs and brushed his teeth. Carelessly, he slammed the door and stomped to his bedroom. He dreamed of what he would see, hear and think. The spiked of the cactuses in Pine Safari. The opposite chill in Snowbank Hills. Would they ever reach safety?
