Chapter 2

The house looked like a rusty housing estate with the windows being broken and the being locked for a long time.The weather was very angry. Outside,the building looked broken and depressed with district features. Inside, the furniture was ripped to pieces. The rats had settled into the fridge and all the food was rotten. Jason searched in his pocket for his key.when he found his key he had to try three different on his key chain. He tried the first key no click he tried the second key no click when he tried the last key finally he heard the click. When he turned the key in the door the creaked open . WhenJason stepped  inside the door slammed behind him.

    Jason and max sprinted towards his bedroom. When he entered the room it was scruffy and dusty and it had cobwebsin the  corners of his room .But  was glad to see all his stuff was the same as he left it when he was sent to boarding school. His posters of adventures he had planned and football kits .

Luckily Max spotted the book on Jason’s  desk it was secure !

  Curious max flicked through the books pages on one of the pages was a not saying that he could find  a map in a briefcase near by .No wonder your father has enemies .

“So that’s what this all this fuss is about” asked Jason looking at the note.

“Precisley” came an iced voice from the hallway. Immediately Jason realised it was it was DR.silverwell

her dad said he was the school bully when he was young.He took his top hat off revealing his scarred eye  he smiled at the children but the smile lacked warmth.”I’ve top waiting for you to lead to that briefcase “ added DR.silverwell. “I’ll have that “ DR.silverwell snatched the boom from Jason’s hands.

Few minutes later,Jason and max were trapped in a deep dark place in a basement of a house.standing up max started screaming.Jason looked at why max was he realised it was just a spider so he smacked it a some speed because it left a mark on Max’s arm.They we’re both covered in dust. The basement  stank of gasoline . “We’re never gonna get out of here” groaned Max “oh yes we will and we’re going to rescue my father” replied Jason “we’re probaley just going to die in here” moaned Max
