The Snakeamander can be easily recognizable just look out for these non-specific body parts. The first thing many people look out for is it’s gigantically long neck to see things from miles away. Next, look at it’s body. Is it arm-less? Then it’s a Snakeamamder it has no arms so it can slither and rest it’s legs. After that, look for the scales this little detail is helpful since it’s the only Mander with scales. These slimy scales are very much extraordinary because the slime and the rhythm make it fly like a bullet through tight gaps and open spaces.
This is it’s diet and features it uses and shows to warn prey and predators. For the hints to show poison and venom, look for the Maroon tail because it is piercing and produces. Also you want to look out for that jet black tongue that shows venom that can be produced to the teeth. Now the diet, it’s main food is Barracuda fish but it treats itself to a crab once and a while. Although, the crab makes it ill it give it a longer row of spikes on its back. These spikes are to protect it when it sleeps in its open, underground sand hole.
