The tigermanda, Week 1 Buster SWW

There is a high chance that you’ve been to Sandy Sea Cafe in the past. You have probably been in the summer, and had a lovely and cooling ice-cream whilst your family was under an umbrella on the beach as they sit on their deckchairs. When you are at the deep blue sea you probably learnt to surf or swim in there while your parents tell you to not go too far out. Your parents might of been walking out in the refreshing water with their warm sandy toes.

However, that all changes in the bitter winter… The bright sun is blocked out by the black heavy clouds not leaving a inch left of the blue sky. The tide will come in ten times faster bringing the tall, rough waves that will take braches in and you out! If you are so unlucky then the rocky streets will flood. Somtimes there will be a groaning sound from the wet beach.

Hello my name is Zac Wood (most people call me Woody) and I work at Sandy Sea Cafe as a cleaner. I am the only cleaner here because the cafe is smaller than any other cafes, but it has the the best food all around. The other reason why not many cleaners work here is because there is only small wages. After all I like being alone because it is peaceful I don’t have any worries about anybody else like in food wise and I only have room for two adults. What I have in my room is: a little bed in the corner; a little table that I eat at; a giant beenbag; a window big enough for a human to fit through; and finally a dangling light that lights up my hole room.

Suddenly, there was a couple of taps on the thin pane of my window. I get out of my bed, rub my eyes and pull the string to turn on my light. I look through the window to see panting cold girl.
“Let me in please!” she begged. I stare at her up and down left and right not knowing what choice to make
“Hurry!” she yelled. Without thinking I unlock the window and flew it out as far as it could go and said,
“Come in.” She put her hands on my window ledge and lept in and grabs the window so she bringing it in with her. Without a hello she panted, “Where can I hide.” I look at her.

Before I go on I have a story to tell. It all happened sevral moons ago. If you get scared easily then I would end this story now. It was a cold night when this happened the wind was faster than usual. But people still managed to hear a deafening sound, well it was it was impossable to not hear it. When it lurked through the cobble streets. When it went past you could smell it, it smelt like rotten fish and you could hear the crunch of the unlucky human bodys going down its throat! Some say that it was just a large creature that wants freinds, but most say it is a dangerous moster that would eat you whole.

I finish my look at her then ask,
“What are you hiding from?” She looks at me, I grab her by her rist and take her to my beenbag I say,
“Sit down there in that corner.” so she did as I said. I run over to my bed and go under it
“This is very painful,” I wispered “what are we even hiding from?” she looked me like she just said it and then finaly said,
“Really you don’t know? We are hiding from it the the… the tigermanda!”
