Question Poem
What are dark? An evil, devil’s soul; a horrifying, haunted house at night; and a dark sky with not a single star.
What are light? A feather from a bird and headlights from a car shining at the orange flames of a campfire.
What are blistering? Blue flames from the stove top; food that has just come out of the flaming oven; and a light bulb that has been utilised for a long time.
What are bitter? The Russian President’s heart and a fresh, new, icy igloo.
What are tall? An adult giraffe; Siren Head in a huge forest and a sky- scraper scratching the sky.
What are short? My friend Aimee; a baby’s eyelash and insects in a household full of food.
