Chapter 2- The Gorm’s Lair

In the morning, it was quite cold in the forest but Arther packed all their belongings then he woke up Alex and Lucy. Alex helped with the packing as Arthur grabbed the wood as Lucy played in the snow.

They looked at their map and Alex pointed at the Gorms lair on the map and said “ there we can go there”.

Arthur and Lucy agreed with Alex; however, they thought it was dangerous.

On their journey it was snowing. Alex thought that they would get frostbite. They could see mist, taste hail, hear the crunch of the snow, smell bark and feel snow on their feet. They could see something in the distance. It was a house but no ordinary house as Alex saw a spark.

As they were outside they saw metal windows. Alex found what was sparking, it was barbed wire and an electric fence. Suddenly, they saw two guards at the front door with metal armour all over their body. Then they notice a crow flying above them then everyone disappeared.
