Chapter 2 A Warning Disobeyed

“I am Lucian Sapphire,” said the old man with a slight smirk on his face, whilst staring at Layla until she starts to speak.
“Ok? but first of can you tell me where I am?” replied Layla was looking confused ,
“You are in the Unoccupied Emporium. You may look around my shop there is everything that you need but, you must not touch my precious book of death or else you will suffer ” he explained, “I will leave this to you I will be back.” He disappeared into the red curtain with a sharp turn.

The owner had left.
In the shop she noticed the book, Layla couldn’t stop taking her eye of that book it’s like if the book has magical powers and get people so attractive to it.
But the book had a mind of its own so you can’t control it, the book started to levitate in the air and flew to Lucian Sapphire. The book opened and a pen flew to Lucian. When he started to write, a door appeared in the wall. He went inside, and the book flew back on the shelf.

Layla was so curious that she creeped to the book and when she tried to open it, it wouldn’t open. “Maybe there is a some sort of password?” Layla said in her head. “Open sesame? hmmm I know! book open now!” Layla whispered loudly. Suddenly, Lucian Sapphire ran to Layla and said, ” I see you did the wrong thing I said, now you will suffer!” Layla ran out as quick as she could, she opened the door and escaped. *
Another day in bed, Layla were still thinking about that
book and what happened yesterday. So she got out of bed, got changed then grabbed her bag, running to the Emporium. She went to the book and pulled the book open with all her might “Come on book open!” Layla shouted. Suddenly, the book opened by itself and a pen flew to Layla.
