Jack should go to jail because he has robbed a giant broke into his house and after he did those things he went all the way down the giant chasing him jacks worst accusation is the murder of this giant as when he made it down he chopped down the beanstalk killing the giant as he plumeted down,but theres more that beanstalk crushed homes and killed many he should be sentenced to death row and killed via lethal injection for his crimes!  “but the giant was a human eater.”said his mum  “i don’t care. prison! ”said the judge.
